We are looking to recruit a professional Registered Manager to oversee our service. The post holder will be based in our head office in Colwyn Bay, but will also be responsible for our satellite office in Dolgellau.

The starting salary for this role is £28,000 per annum.

The ideal candidate must be:
* An experienced registered manager with proven track record
* Registered with Care Council for Wales to manage a domiciliary care service
* Be eligible to register with CSSIW as a registered manager
* Suitably qualified to manage the domiciliary care service, i.e. hold the QCF Level 5 in leadership for health & social care services (Adults' management), the Registered Manager Award or the NVQ Level 4 in Health & Social Care
* Confident to lead and motivate a team
* Excellent at organisation, planning and budget management
* Positive and have a flexible approach to work
* Computer literate
* Excellent Knowledge of Domiciliary care

Key Duties:
* To provide leadership of the administration, care, and people management functions of the company
* To carry out, and provide leadership in marketing and selling the company's services
* To maintain the operations of the service at the standard agreed with the company, within the financial budget or other parameters set by the company
* To maintain care and management skills at the current level, and undertake such training and development as may from time-to-time be required to maintain that currency of practice
* To manage the services within the agency in accordance with standards agreed with the company, legislative requirements and relevant regulations
* Lead exceptional care and management to ensure service users' requirements are met
* Manage staff rotas and ensure that holiday/sickness cover is arranged to provide continuity of service
* Responsible for care needs assessments and risk assessments
* Co-ordinate service user care reviews
* Manage service user referrals and handle queries
* Organise and lead team meetings
* Promote and identify new opportunities to support the growth of the business
* Work collaboratively and professionally with the staff, service users and health professionals
* Ensuring high standards of health and safety in the workplace and in the field
* Take the lead in government inspections and local authority monitoring visits
