£20,000 - £27,000 depending on experience + opportunities for career progression
2 month contract with the potential to go permanent

Our client is a small friendly company who provide unique solutions in the conference, roadshow and events area at some exciting locations in the UK & Europe for a variety of clients.
Formed over 18 years ago our client has always been and will continue to be a company that stands for quality and puts the needs of their customers first.They began the business as a presentations company offering high quality presentations and video editing to corporate clients, including Intel, Microsoft and Packard Bell. Some of these clients still work closely with them today and enjoy the excellent service, value for money and a committment that our client provides, the person who takes the brief will be the same person on-site looking after you all the way.
So, your role:
Our client is looking for experienced AV technicians to join their team. You will be using your existing AV technical skills to ensure that all jobs are prepped, tested and loaded correctly. You will also be responsible for:
• Delivering and setting up and the venues
• Operating equipment at live events
• De-rigging equipment after events
• Checking equipment logs
• Maintaining, testing and cleaning equipment, repairing where required
Who are they looking for?
They are looking for a flexible, adaptable and positive individual who takes a ‘can do' approach to the job in hand. You will be someone with excellent organisational skills who is able to manage their time and their workload optimally. All round knowledge of AV equipment is imperative for this role, including PA and projection equipment.
What do you need?
• Minimum of 2 years AV Technician experience in the live events industry
• Clean UK / European driving licence preferably with 2 years driving experience
• Confident and capable in driving a company van up to 3.5tn
9AM - 6PM (some evening and weekend work required as per business needs)
