Our client is one of the leading specialist land-based Colleges in the UK.  Based in Cheshire, the College has an enviable setting amongst 330 hectares of farms, parklands, lake, woodland and sports facilities.

Their Plant Training Academy requires fully skilled Plant Mechanics to join their award winning training team, based in Nantwich, Cheshire.

Our client is looking for highly skilled and motivated individuals to join them as Advanced Technical Training Specialists to manage and deliver outstanding theory and practical training and vocational assessment to over 250 Construction Plant Apprentices and full time students in all aspects of Plant Maintenance and heavy equipment systems, diagnostics and repairs.

You will have an expert knowledge of Modern Plant Equipment with a sound background conducting diagnostics and repairs and be able to transfer that knowledge and skills to Plant Apprentices from across the UK. 

With a period of relevant and successful time within the Plant or heavy equipment engineering, service and repair industry, you will have IT skills in Microsoft Office applications and be capable of delivering inspirational educational activity that is of the highest quality standards.
