Senior Early Years Practitioner

We are looking for a Senior Early Years Practitioner to join our team of committed practitioners who are dedicated to providing a high quality care and learning environment. The role will be a lead position within the baby room (0-2 yrs).

Applicants must be familiar with the EYFS as you will be supporting children aged between 0-5 years, and have a good knowledge of child development.

To be successful you must have minimum NVQ level 3 or equivalent in childcare and at least two years experience of working within an early years environment. Knowledge of Safeguarding procedures and good communication skills both written and verbal are a must.

The successful applicant will have enthusiasm, be child friendly and have a fun personality, passion and be committed to working with children to enhance their learning and development.

You will be an excellent team player, flexible and be able to work alone using your initiative and demonstrate excellent communication skills with children, families and colleagues.

As well as the determination to continue your professional development and of those who work with you is essential.
