An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Graduate General Practice Commercial Property Surveyor in our client's Loughborough office. The role will involve working as Assistant to the Commercial Director on commercial agency on behalf of a wide range of clients.

Duties & Responsibilities
-Assisting in the expansion and development of agency services provided from the office

-Undertaking viewings, negotiation of lease and freehold sales and lettings and reporting to clients

-Inspection of vacant properties reporting to the Commercial Management Surveyor

-Maintenance of agency database

Candidate requirements
-RICS-accredited degree
-Ability to work both independently and in tandem with clients

In addition to the above-listed criteria, the ideal candidate will also have a strong sense of self-motivation and interpersonal skills

Our client is a Commercial and Agricultural Surveying Practice with divisions covering development land, commercial and agricultural property and land. They cover the East Midlands, with properties for sale and rent throughout Leicestershire, Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire, Warwickshire, Northamptonshire and Staffordshire.
