About the role
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, in the role of marketing assistant you will be responsible for a specific sector (e.g. health, education, digital) ensuring each event, course, conference or seminar gets maximum exposure in the relevant target market.
Working alongside the product development and sales leads, you will create engaging marketing campaigns for your portfolio in line with the company branding guidelines. Working to agreed Key Performance Indicators, your role is to create qualified leads for the sales team and increase the number of direct bookings via on-line and offline channels (web, phone and email). Email marketing will form a large part of this role and as such, experience with this is highly desirable.
About you
Working on multiple campaigns at any one time is an integral part of the role and as such, the ability to work well under pressure and multi task is essential.
This opportunity would ideally suit someone with a keen interest in marketing who also has:
- Great attention to detail;
- The ability to analyse and interpret data;
- Strong written English;
- A creative mind
- Strong Email Marketing skills
- Experience/knowledge of Marketing Automation Systems
- Experience optimising and planning email marketing campaigns
- Experience of lead nurturing principles
A qualification in marketing is highly desirable, though not essential.
