An exciting opportunity exists for a Temporary IT Systems Trainer on a 12 months fixed term contract based at our clients Head Office in Leyland.

You will be responsible for developing and delivering high quality professional training for the whole of our clients Group in relation to all of their core business systems (Integra, iTrent, Aareon QLx, Documotive), desktop applications, end user telephony devices and end user data access devices.

In this role you will be working in partnership with all business and service delivery areas within the Group, to develop and maintain a robust, relevant and business focused Training Needs Analysis system.

Ensuring the smooth planning, preparation and delivery of business systems training across all the Group's business locations, you will be responsible for creating, developing and maintaining training material for training room sessions, individual one to one staff training, self-study training packages, as well as computer based training packages, hand-outs, manuals and presentations.

Researching training initiatives in order to adopt and build upon best practice, you will require experience of designing, developing and maintaining training material and/or course work and of instructing within a training room environment.

You will need to achieve required quality targets so must be able to work to deadlines and prioritise your workload.
