Marketing, Candidate Resourcer/Database Coordinator

Resource Professionals is a recruitment to recruitment search firm, which was established in 2001. We recruit for blue chip recruitment companies extensively in London and the major cities in the UK, we also work internationally across Europe, Asia, and Australia. 

The Managing Director's career history has been working for London's top recruitment companies. We now have an office in Lincoln which has been very successful and we now seek someone to join the team. 

The Role;

Your primary role will be to source appropriate candidates from the market place, this will be achieved by direct marketing through our extensive database, together with using social networking and media services i.e. LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook etc. You will also be required to map client companies, populate the database with new candidates and profile candidates career details.

The successful candidate will be;

An excellent communicator with a confident telephone manner. Be proactive, have the ability to engage with people, and ideally have natural sales/marketing skills. A good team player, as well as achieve personal targets and being able to prioritise your work is key.
