IT Recruitment Consultant / Account Manager £40,000 OTE

An innovative company with a truly different take on IT recruitment are looking for an IT Recruitment Consultant / a Junior to Mid level Account Manager to join their team. If you already have a few years experience in the IT recruitment space but one of these rings true:

With already established clients your key task will be to ensure the timely delivery of numerous roles; with care, attention and quality being paramount. This will mean developing client relationships, driving internal and external teams of suppliers, maintaining an efficient process throughout, interviewing candidates and signing off on CVs.

Attention to detail is absolutely key in this role so a process orientated mindset and strong verbal / written communication are a must.

We are an extremely successful recruitment company / consultancy with a turnover into the many millions. We have gone from strength to strength over recent years due to our lean model thriving in a crowded market place. We operate out of both Manchester City centre and Manchester Airport locations, but have a client footprint across the UK.

*Salary £25,000 - £30,000 base with an uncapped OTE of £40,000+
