Job Summary
- Active and positive promotion of the advanced and unique technical selling features of our world class systems.
- Professional handling of customer sales, to a worldwide market, trade and retail.
- Efficient, proactive management of leads, through CRM database, to prioritise opportunities for conversion.
- Professional account management of trade sales and the development of repeat business.
- Achievement and exceeding of sales targets.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, trade and retail.
- Efficient prioritising of workload, to maximise sales opportunities, in a dynamic and competitive marketplace.
Ideal Candidate Profile –
- A real passion for sales
- Ideally your experience will come from within the window and door industries, but it is not essential.
- It is an advantage if you have technical sales experience or a strong ability to understand and process technical product data.
- Strong history of successful sales activity - minimum 2 years, be it B2B or B2C.
- Clear understanding of the principles and practice of selling.
- High level of communication skills – written and verbal.
- A confident and tenacious negotiator.
- Strong ICT skills,- experience of using a CRM system is an advantage
- Serious team player, with high levels of personal ambition.
- Proven ability, or the potential, to create real sales opportunities from very little.
- Proven ability to successfully close the sale.
- Positive, goal oriented individual with strong interpersonal skills.
