Nursery Nurse part time vacancy in Manchester

An opportunity has come up for a supply nursery nurse within a group of settings within the Manchester area. I am looking to recruit a nursery nurse who is able to cover sickness and holidays and long term absence within Manchester. This vacancy is part time and will consist of various shifts, which also gives us the option to work around any commitments you may already have.

The job will involve the following responsibilities:

• Day to day care of the children
• Planning and observing activities
• Communicating with parents, staff members and children
• Keeping up to date with policies and procedures
• Flexibility within working between 7.00am- 6.00pm
• Happy to work in different settings

To apply for this position you must have the following requirements:

• Level 3 qualification or above in child development
• A minimum of 3 months experience of working within an early years setting
• Knowledge of the EYFS ( Early Years Foundation Stage)
• Excellent communication skills
• Able to commit to a minimum of 2 days of work a week

This role will allow the right candidate to work as little or as much as they want and will offer flexibility throughout its duration, this is a long term assignment and work is on going within the area. The role also has the prospect of going to a full time or part time permanent role within any of the settings if this was an option you wanted to explore in the future.
