SALARY: £20,000 - £24,000 per annum (depending on experience)

JOB OVERVIEW

We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Campaign Delivery Manager that has a digital marketing background covering direct, email and lead generation with Google Analytics experience.

As the Campaign Delivery Manager you will play a pivotal role within the Company, which will involve working closely with the UK Sales Team, International Marketing Teams and Creative/Technical Teams to ensure the successful delivery of client and in-house campaigns.

Working as the Campaign Delivery Manager you will report to the UK Marketing Manager for the execution of the marketing campaigns. You will also be involved in the coordination of the European activities.

DUTIES

As the Campaign Delivery Manager your duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Set up, follow up and report on the direct marketing campaigns (lead generation, webcasts, emails and events)
  • Set up, follow up and report on the UK display campaign in collaboration with the Technical Team
  • Coordinate and liaise with the European local Marketing Teams to ensure efficient campaign delivery
  • Coordinate with clients for campaign setup and reporting
  • Set up email campaigns via the CRM platform; liaise with call centres and manage other marketing channels relevant to the campaigns (social media, display, etc.)
  • Monitor metrics and improve campaign performance by adjusting tactics
  • Escalate issues internally and be proactive to find solutions
  • Assist in the development of the CRM strategy by giving campaign feedback and updating data lists
  • Brief the design team to create assets (emails, banners, landing pages, etc.)

  • Understanding of digital marketing (Digital Trafficking, Lead Generation Campaign, Email Marketing, Social Media Management)
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics
  • Positive thinking and problem-solver
  • Organised and meticulous
  • Ability to work collectively and independently
  • Multitask
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Tech savvy
  • Fluency in another European language would be desirable
  • Any knowledge / experience with HTML, Photoshop, Web Analytics, Social Media or similar experience would be desirable
