This is an exciting opportunity for a proficient strategic digital marketing manager to join a reputable Birmingham City centre digital agency. As a valued team member you will head up and help launch the digital marketing area of the business. This exciting, diverse role will involve:

- Working with the management team to launch digital marketing, adding value to their portfolio of digital services.
- Creating and implementing a strong digital marketing workflow across multiple channels such as SEO, PPC, Social Media and emarketing.
- Developing a systematic approach to analytical data analysis and client reporting to illustrate measurable results.
- Creating written digital strategies for clients relative to their business and marketing goals.
- Developing effective content marketing strategies to engage varied audiences in line with the overall tailored digital marketing strategy for a client.
- Detailed keyword research to source growth opportunities for clients.
- Consistent SEO work.
- Client meetings to discuss digital marketing strategy and implementation.
- CRO for websites and ecommerce.
- Digital project management.

Responsibilities

This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate, driven and self motivated digital marketing expert. Initially you will be working with the management team to launch the digital marketing services and implement the processes and tools required to deliver exceptional, measurable results and excellent service to clients. This is a fantastic opportunity to make the role your own and become a key team member of the agency whilst consistently developing as an individual.

Ongoing, the role will involve creating digital marketing strategies for client projects along with presenting research and insights in client meetings. The role will also involve implementing those strategies across digital marketing channels to achieve tangible results for clients and present those results in detailed graphical reports.

The successful candidate should be self motivated and responsible for keeping themselves informed in the industry, such as algorithm updates, digital marketing trends, new and innovative shifts in technology and shifts in user behaviour. You should be able to share information and discuss these subjects with the wider team.

The ideal candidate will have:

- 3 years + digital marketing experience
- Experience of proactive SEO, PPC, Email marketing, Online PR, Social media with successful results.
- B2B & B2C experience.
- Agency experience.
- Client management experience.
- Planning & execution of integrated marketing campaigns.
- Excellent data analysis skills.
- The ability to understand brands and write engaging, fluent content.
- Ideas, and a creative attitude to digital campaigns.
