Full-Time or Part-time Receptionist / Administrator with thriving architectural practice in newly refurbished offices - based London up to £18,000 pro rata

The Role

The Receptionist / Administrator will support the Executive Assistant & team with duties including:

  • incoming calls, responding to enquiries, messaging etc.
  • maintaining the Reception area, meeting / greeting clients
  • printing, scanning, photocopying, binding, distribution of post
  • ordering office supplies / stationery etc.
  • setting up meetings / diary coordination / travel booking
  • typing / word processing various documents / electronic information
  • maintaining records and updating office database
  • managing FM / office contractors e.g. window cleaners etc.

This position is available potentially on a full-time or part time basis for the right candidate.

The Person

As the first point of contact for clients, you will be confident / friendly and well-presented. Capability in Adobe InDesign would be advantageous with full knowledge of Microsoft Office including:

  • communication / interpersonal / organisational / diary management skills
  • ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage your own workload
  • adapt and respond well to a variety of ad-hoc office tasks and requirements
