Marketing Response Coordinator

This client is an exciting FinTech start-up. They find the best business finance on the market for SMEs. Recruitment is high on their agenda and a key hire is to bring on board a highly motivated, ambitious Marketing Response/Sales Coordinator to join their team.

Please note the role will be based at their central Manchester offices.

The Role

The Sales Coordinator will focus on answering inbound calls, gathering requirements from customers + then setting up appointments with the Business Development Manager to follow up on.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls (and perform lightweight sales qualification of the customer).
• Set up appointments with appropriate Business Development Manager.
• Respond to all enquiries and leads ASAP, and follow up with the appropriate internal team member to make sure the call is properly addressed.
• Communicate via email + live chat with website visitors who are interested in learning more about the business finance options available to them.
• Respond to sales enquiries via email.

The Person

• University degree. Ideally 2:1 or ABOVRE.
• Eagerness to launch a professional career in sales.
• Ability and desire to work in a challenging, fast-paced environment, and effectively act as an intermediary between prospects + internal sales teams.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Competitive by nature/high achiever/can show demonstrable success in their career to date. ·Experience within FinTech, high growth tech start-ups, banking or finance would be highly beneficial but not essential in this instance.

In return you can expect to be rewarded with a base salary of around £20k to £22K (dep on exp) + bonus, training on financial products, superb career growth opportunities, great social events + team outings.
