Salary: From £16,000 per annum + benefits
Working as a Customer Service Representative in one of our teams, your main responsibilities will be to provide a quality “first point of contact”, dealing with a variety of enquiries in a courteous, professional and knowledgeable manner.
The customer service teams deal with all in-bound telephone calls from all potential and existing clients, across a range of products offered by the company.
You will also be required to undertake relevant administrative duties as and when required, to include:
- making outbound calls to request/clarify information;
- keeping accurate file notes of calls received;
- processing the opening of accounts and inputting banking transactions;
- producing quotations and other relevant documents in accordance with company procedures.
The above roles require strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
We are looking for individuals who demonstrate a confident and friendly approach, and can remain patient and calm under pressure. Sound numeracy skills and good attention to detail are important.
The preferred candidate will have recent experience of working in a similar customer services role within the financial services sector.
5 GCSE’s A-C (including Maths and English) is essential.
