We have an exciting opportunity for a Centre Manager to join our team based in Newark. The role will be a full time, permanent position working Monday-Friday, 8.30am - 5.00pm. We are offering a competitive salary of £27,000 per annum, plus benefits, rising to £28,000 on completion of probationary period.

We are now recruiting a Centre Manager to join the team at our Newark Beacon Innovation Centre based in Newark. The Centre Manager will be a key part of a team providing support to the Centre Manager in all aspects of operational, marketing and sales activities, to attract new customers to the centre, ensure retention of existing customers and increase operational effectiveness and cost savings. 

This is a key sales role with the ideal candidate displaying a structured approach to finding and developing new sales leads, promoting the availability of space within the Centre, networking at appropriate business events in the local area, developing and leading various marketing initiatives in conjunction with the marketing team and generally driving footfall and sales related activity aimed at maximizing future Centre occupancy.

The major objective of the Centre Manager position is to be accountable for the financial and operational performance of the Centre. Delivering all aspects of sales, marketing and operational activities to attract new customers as well as ensuring the retention of our existing occupiers. Being responsible for the management of the Centre’s financial procedures along with the training and developing of the Centre staff you will ensure the provision of exceptional customer service along with operational efficiencies.

Plenty of support will be available but as our Centre Manager you will need excellent communication and decision making skills, be highly motivated and proactive with a desire to contribute to the success of the centre and company as a whole.

This is a full-time role with flexibility required to meet the needs of the business.
