Excellent opportunity for an experienced Office Administrator to join a well-established company based in South Birmingham!

Company

The company is the largest trade supplier of sports bottles within the UK operating out of its bespoke warehouse in South Birmingham. Having experienced sustained growth over the last 20 years the company is committed to remaining at the forefront of the industry.

Due to its ongoing growth the company now requires an experienced Office Administrator to join their small but busy team. As you will be working in a small team it is important the right candidate can support other areas of the business and colleagues to ensure deadlines are met.

The role will consist of but not limited to;

  • Answering telephone
  • Replying to emails
  • Producing dispatch notes
  • Order processing
  • Filling
  • Typing documents
  • Completing internal paper work
  • Liaising with both internal and external clients
  • Other general office and ADHOC duties to support the company as a whole

Candidate required skills and experience

  • Previous experience within a similar role and looking for long term career
  • Highly organised
  • Able to multi-task and the ability to prioritise workload
  • Excellent communications skills
  • PC knowledge including Microsoft packages such as Word, Excel, Outlook

In return the company is offering:

Basic salary: £8 - £10 per hour depending on experience

Holidays: 20 days plus national holidays

Hours: 08:30 – 17:00
