Xander Hendrix Healthcare are recruiting a Locum Consultant in Respiratory Medicine on a fixed term contract of 12 months, for one of our client NHS Trusts based in Northern Ireland.
The successful candidate will be able to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team, will have strong leadership and communication skills, as you will be expected to join an established team of Consultant Respiratory Physicians and maintain and improve the hospital based service for patients with chest disease.
The post includes clinical duties comprising of both inpatient and outpatient Respiratory advice and management. The post will cover all aspects of general and respiratory medicine, including cancer, interstitial lung disease, airways obstruction and infections, TB, pleural procedures, bronchoscopy and EBUS.
Candidates should have full GMC registration and a licence to practice or be eligible for GMC registration.
The hospital Trust will sponsor Tier 2 Visas and relocation assistance is available.
