Sales Support (Bwydlyn)

Due to an increase in demand we are looking for someone to provide professional support to the Sales and customer service function within an office environment at our Bwydlyn butchery in Llanystumdwy.

You will be predominantly office based however there will be a need to go out in to the field to meet up with customers as required. This will be a customer facing role that requires excellent communication skills with an emphasis on excellent customer service both face-to-face and over the phone with existing and new customers. You will also be tasked with the support and development of new customer accounts by engaging and ensuring that the customers experience is positive whilst maximising potential sales.

We are seeking applicants who may have worked in the butchery, catering or hospitality industry or someone who has a sound knowledge of fresh meat products and can demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and possess a good telephone manner.

This role is full-time, permanent position subject to the completion of a successful probationary period. You will work an average of 37.5 hours per week (Mon – Fri) to cover 5 days to include the need to work a Saturday on a rota basis. The ability to work as part of a team is also essential as ideally is the ability to communicate in both Welsh and English.
