Chef junior sous country pub

Role - The head chef is looking for a senior CDP or junior sous chef to help revitalise this newly refurbished village pub in Leicestershire. The pub will serve food six days a week offering pub classics, as well as special theme nights, all home-made using the best ingredients. Successful applicant will be able to work in a small team with a friendly atmosphere.

Requirements - Good understanding of kitchen duties, health and safety and capable of running any section in the kitchen; confident in the head chef's absence and relishing the opportunity to develop their skills. Enjoys and is used to working with fresh produce ensuring high standards.
