Due to unparalleled success, this market leading property investment company is looking to expand their team of dedicated property consultants. Working in exclusive partnership with leading UK-based property developers they have successfully delivered on over 60 projects since 2012, with many more developments in construction.

The Role:

Managing a significant investor portfolio; comprising of a full array of clients ranging from traditional buy to let landlords, investors purchasing to facilitate retirement plans, to high net worth individuals increasing their scope of investment. Their intuitive and driven consultants advise their clients in strategically developing their property portfolios. Taking ownership on the process from initial enquiry through to product selection, exchange and completion of contracts; no day is the same. Their clients are based all over the world so communication occurs via telephone, email and face-to-face meetings within their offices, in addition to meetings on site.

The Person:

A strong, confident communicator with the ability to think on their feet and take accountability for results is key. The company has a full spectrum marketing department targeted to generate specific leads for each consultant to work with. However the successful candidate must be a strategic thinker and able to work under pressure to make the most of each opportunity. Only real strategical sales people and deal makers will thrive in this target driven environment. There is no cold calling as all enquires are generated through the marketing team, however this is a sales role for a hungry ambitious individual who thrives in a competitive environment! They are a people-focussed organisation with excellent training and support in place, therefore a background in property is not a pre-requisite.

The Company:

They work in a friendly, team environment with strong, core company values that focus on an ethical approach, operating with honesty and integrity. Their working hours are Monday to Thursday 9.30am to 6.30pm and Friday 9.30am to 5.30pm, where ad-hoc appointments will sometimes be expected outside of these hours to meet the needs of clients.

This is a genuine opportunity to earn what you are worth and create your own salary. Commissions are generous and uncapped. Remuneration consists of a basic salary plus commissions, with a realistic OTE in excess of £65,000 per annum uncapped. Their top consultants earn in excess of £100,000 per annum.
