Multi Trade Operative - Property Care

Are you a Multiskilled tradesperson looking for a new challenge?

Property Care, part of our client is looking for Multiskilled Operatives to join their Maintenance Team. You will be required to diagnose, undertake and complete repairs in both tenanted and empty homes to a high level of quality and customer satisfaction. They also carry out refurbishment works, such as kitchens and bathroom replacements.

Salary: £22,088 rising to £23,250 per annum after successful completion of probationary period plus uncapped bonuses
Hours: 39 hours per week

You must be able to demonstrate your ability by your work experience; also you will be assessed throughout the interview process and during your probationary period.

You must be comfortable with modern technology as the use of electronic devices is a requirement. You must hold a current UK driving licence.

You will be required to work 39 hours a week, plus out of hour rota.
