Customer Liaison Role

Part-Time Customer Liaison Role - Cranleigh

We are a well-established family business based in Cranleigh, with over 20 years experience in the manufacture and distribution of speciality flat roofing products.

We are looking for part-time office staff, mainly to follow up quotations and liaise with customers regarding previous quotes requested - there is no selling involved.

This is good opportunity for a hardworking and dedicated person to join a great team of people who are focused on expanding their business by delivering the best possible level of service to their customers.

• Main duties involve making outbound calls to existing customers to follow up quotes, and updating CRM system with call notes, project status, etc.
• Some previous telephone experience useful but not essential
• Flexible hours: min. 3 hours/day, 1 day week - max. 5 hours/day, 5 days/week
• Can fit school term-time only
• Candidates should have good IT skills, a positive and professional attitude and good customer service experience
• Excellent rates: £9 - £10 per hour depending on experience
