This position is an excellent opportunity to develop strategic marketing experience within the fast paced UK consumer Acquisition team.

The role's primary responsibilities are driving new customer acquisition through partnerships.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

Developing and shaping acquisition strategy Identifying, assessing and pursuing new opportunities to grow acquisition through segmentation, channel access, incentive strategy, and other levers Sharing acquisition best practices to be leveraged for the other portfolios Working with cross-functional partners to assess and size new partnership opportunities Supporting the development of potential future partnership and distribution models Establishing strong relationships with external stakeholders, key functional business partners and acquisition channel owners People leadership of 1 Marketing Executive

Qualifications


Required skills:
MBA required Proven relationship management skills with internal and external stakeholders Previous experience in B2C marketing / communications including digital, above the line (ATL), social and PR with a good understanding of marketing principles and channels Proven business development skill-set - market assessment, business plan development, and deal structure Experience of driving results across a number of complex projects Thorough understanding of card economics and finance concepts Strong analytical skills coupled with strong written and oral communication to articulate learnings Experience of budget and project management Comfort with ambiguity and a fast-paced environment Ability to create structure and prioritize effectively across a range of responsibilities
