The job
They are expanding their operation and are looking to recruit an experienced administrator/scheduler within the Manchester branch. Standard admin duties along with the responsibility to schedule and allocate activities of the remote engineer workforce installing routers and related IT equipment on customer sites.

Responsibilities:
- Requires good understanding of customer requirements and awareness of engineer's strengths/locations in order to provide an efficient front line interface with their clients.
- General admin duties - answering phone, filing, dealing with invoices, post etc..
- Liaising with other internal departments to ensure all processes are completed correctly

Essential:
- Proven experience in similar capacity
- Ability to prioritise and self manage
- Good organisational skills
- Good communication skills both verbal and written
- Displays initiative and quick learner
- Works well as part of a team
- Possess good IT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Attention to detail

Desirable:
- Understands roles and constraints of scheduling remote staff
- Good geographic knowledge of the UK
