Customer Relations Administrator
SuperControl is a market-leading booking and management system for owners and managers of holiday rental accommodation.
We’re looking for a Customer Relations Administrator to join our team in Castle Douglas.
You’ll work as part of our experienced Training and Support team to help customers get started with SuperControl and provide them with ongoing product support and account management. You’ll be trained by your colleagues to deliver the role.
This position would suit someone with an office background who is looking for a customer care role. You need to be a team player with excellent communication skills, patience and a friendly and courteous demeanour.
Starting salary £14,000 - £16,000 DOE plus benefits
