About the role:
We are expanding the People and Skills (P&S) team and currently recruiting for a People and Skills Manager, who will proactively deliver a day-to-day HR operational service based at our Liverpool site, which as circa 150 staff. 

The role forms part of a larger P&S team and you will work in close partnership with the Southampton site. Key responsibilities will include leading all internal and external recruitment activities, case work management and responsibility for assigned projects and activities, including policy development, continuous improvement initiatives and change management projects. You will support the implementation of our People Strategy. 

This is a permanent position offered on NERC terms and conditions.

Salary:
£28,200 to £30,600 per annum, depending upon experience.

About you:
You will ideally be CIPD qualified (or evidence of working towards) with significant relevant professional experience, and with excellent knowledge of employment legislation.
