We’re looking for an enthusiastic quick learner to join our Support Services department as a Procurement Administrator. You will play a key part within our business by supporting all procurement administration activities and provide industry leading levels of customer service to our customers.

The role
As a Procurement Administrator, you will be updating and maintaining our in-house system by processing new orders and invoices and ensuring the delivery of goods within our contracted supplier terms. Your role will involve providing essential support to the commercial and operational delivery teams to ensure optimum efficiency is achieved.

Further daily duties include:
• Creating and updating new and existing supplier accounts
• Answering supplier calls and queries
• Ensuring the timely and accurate filing of orders and invoices

So, who are we looking for?
We need someone who can hit the ground running in their new role. It is important that you are full of enthusiasm and take a proactive outlook in your new role. A procurement / buying background would be preferred, but if you are keen to learn, trustworthy and have the right attitude we would be more than happy to train you on every aspect of this job.

You MUST have the following to be considered:
• Excellent customer service skills and an understanding of the importance of providing only the best customer service
• The ability to develop good working relationships – internally and externally
• Fantastic attention to detail and the ability to work under your own initiative
• Excellent IT and numerical skills, whilst being a highly organised individual
• Highly motivated with the ability to work with minimum supervision

Experience of a customer service environment / customer service background would be advantageous.
