Sous Chef - South East London, Seasonal Local Restaurant - 28,000 Sous Chef 26-28,000 working 7 shifts pw My client is seeking a strong and stable Sous Chef to join this brigade and help continue the success this established restaurant has come to enjoy This role could suit an ambitious junior sous chef looking for more responsibility As Sous Chef you will ideally come from a background of working in 2AA rosette standard restaurants and live locally to the Dulwich area The menu is written on a weekly basis for dinner and daily for lunch depending on what is in season so an exciting opportunity to be working with top quality and fresh ingredients every day!
