Telesales Account Manager
Bacup, Lancashire, OL13
c. £18,000 p.a. OTE up to £25k p.a. + free onsite parking & monthly bonus scheme
Monday – Friday 9AM – 5:30PM
Covering the whole of the UK, our client is a market leader in the supply of stationery
and catering equipment. Over the years they have developed a strong database of clients within a niche market.
As a Telesales Account Manager, you will be expected to:
• Manage and develop your own set of accounts ranging from new to established customers
• Working to set daily, weekly & monthly targets
• Build specific product knowledge and understanding the market
• Deal with customer queries while offering advice and guidance
• Undertaking research of the marketplace and your customers to enhance your set of accounts

Our client needs you to be a dynamic, energetic and passionate individual who thrives in a busy, upbeat sales environment! You will have experience within the B2B sales market, supported by some account management experience. A confident telephone manner and excellent interpersonal skills will be the key to your success as a Telesales Account Manager, alongside strong IT skills and strong organisational skills. You must be committed to upholding the company ethos and be completely dedicated to maintaining our clients’ high standards.
