An exciting position has arisen for a Programme Coordinator to join the Wales Public Services 2025 Programme, which is hosted by Cardiff Business School. The Programme is a unique partnership between Cardiff University and five national bodies to inform choices and decisions about public services in Wales.

The successful candidate will ensure effective and efficient administrative support to the Programme and manage its external communications and events programme. Administrative duties will include producing minutes of meetings, maintaining records, assisting the production of reports and the monitoring of the Programme’s finances and budgets. External communications will include maintaining and developing the Programme’s online and social media presence as well as other media activity and events to promote the work of the Programme and support the Programme Director and Research Fellow.

This position is part time (28 hours per week), available from 1st April 2016 and is fixed term until 31st August 2018.

Salary: £20,989 - £25,023 per annum, pro rata for hours worked
(Grade 4).
