Membership Development Officer
Reference Number: A0350416
Salary: £16,160 to £18,000 per annum
Hours: Full time
Contract: Permanent
Location: South Birmingham, Travel throughout Warwickshire and West Midlands

You will work face to face with the public in South Birmingham and Warwickshire at a range of events from county shows and shopping centres to country parks. The goal for you, as part of our dynamic team, is to raise vital support by securing new RSPB members.

Our team creates an environment that sets you up to succeed. We provide an excellent level of ongoing training and support, investing in you as an individual to enhance your development in the role. You will be given a van, display equipment, mobile phone and uniform. The support, training and resources we provide will help you convey conservation success stories, which inspire people to become supporters.

A full UK driving licence is essential for this role.

As part of our team you will bring energy, enthusiasm, excellent communication skills, resilience and a 'can-do' attitude, to inspire people into action.
