Warehouse & Storage Assessor - L3

WAREHOUSE & STORAGE ASSESSOR  L3 – MIDDLESBROUGH  – UP TO £22,000 BASIC SALARY + BENEFITS

NVQ Assessor sought for my client who is a well-established and leading national training provider offering on site and class room based training to the private and public sector.

Due to their continued success and growth they now require an experienced Warehouse and Storage Assessor L3 to join their Middlesbrough team to deliver their range of onsite and class room based training.

THE ROLE

• You will be Assessing L3 in Warehousing and Storage in and around Middlesbrough; these learners will be adult learners. 
• Visit learners in their working environment to carry out sign ups, inductions, reviews, action planning observations and assessment.   
• My client offers a range of courses e.g. Health and Safety training, CSCS Card, Fork Lift Truck, First Aid at Work, Site Manager Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS), ECDL, Fire Warden, Asbestos Awareness as well as various apprenticeships.
• These assessments will be delivered on site (at the customer’s premises) or in house at the Middlesbrough training centre.
• You will be dealing Private and Public companies as well as members of the public who may require private funded courses
• The role is based from my clients Middlesbrough training centre but visiting clients for training on their premises

THE CANDIDATE

• The successful assessor MUST have the following experience and qualifications;
• Possess a national recognised training qualification e.g. CTLLs C&G (Certificate in Teaching in the Lifelong Learning Sector) or PTLLS (Preparing to Teach in the Lifelong Learning Sector)
• Hold a A1 award you must be A1/D32/TAQA qualified with the necessary vocational and assessing experience, V1/D33/ TAQA would be an advantage but not necessary.     
• Naturally you must enjoy delivering courses at all levels
• You MUST have good communication skills, both written and verbal
• You will have competent computer skills using the  Microsoft Office suite
• You MUST have a full driving licence
• You will be within a commutable distance to the Middlesbrough office

THE SALARY

• £20,000 - £22,000  Basic salary (subject to experience)
• 25 days holiday + statutory days
• Use of Pool vehicle when visiting clients
