Attendance Officer
SCP 21 – 23 (£19,742 - £20,849) (£16,780 - £17,721 pro rata)
The Academy has an immediate opening for an Attendance Officer who will work closely with our Pastoral Leaders, students and their families as well as outside agencies to improve attendance for our community of learners.
The successful candidate will be responsible for liaising with families and carers, carrying out home visits and leading attendance case conferences to develop strategies to support our young people to improve their attendance.
An individual who is keen to develop links with and work closely with our feeder primary schools.
This post also requires a good understanding of tracking student attendance, analysing attendance trends and reporting in detail to the Senior Leadership team.
