Mae hwn yn gyfle cyffrous i ymuno â gwasanaeth Busnes Cymru sy'n darparu cymorth busnes o'r radd flaenaf i fentrau bach a chanolig yng Nghymru ar ran Llywodraeth Cymru, fe’i ariennir gan Gronfa Datblygu Rhanbarthol Ewrop ac mae’n cael ei ddarparu  gan Bartneriaeth Twf Cymru (PTC), partneriaeth o Busnes Mewn Ffocws, Antur Teifi a Peninsula Enterprise (PE).

Byddwch yn gweithio fel rhan o dîm yn casglu gwybodaeth gychwynnol oddi wrth cwmnïau o Gymru i’w cofrestru ar gyfer  gwasanaeth Busnes Cymru. Bydd gofyn i chi i drafod eu hanghenion cymorth busnes, darparu gwybodaeth berthnasol ac yn dilyn hynny nodi ffynonellau priodol o gymorth a chyngor a fydd yn eu galluogi i ddatblygu a thyfu. Bydd peth o'r gefnogaeth yma yn cael ei ddarparu gan Ymgynghorwyr Busnes Cymru a byddwch yn gyfrifol am reoli'r berthynas gyda'r cleient a threfnu apwyntiadau ac atgyfeiriadau yn ôl yr angen.

Byddwch angen dealltwriaeth o economi Cymru, yn  medru dangos craffter a dealltwriaeth fasnachol o’r gwahanol heriau sy'n wynebu mentrau bach a chanolig er mwyn teilwra'r wybodaeth a’r cyngor i'w hanghenion. Bydd angen i ymgeiswyr llwyddiannus feddu ar sgiliau trefnu a rheoli portffolio cadarn, ynghyd â gallu cyfathrebu a rhyngbersonol cryf.

Bydd eich rôl yn cynnwys gweithio gyda diwydiannau amrywiol a phob sector, gan ddarparu gwybodaeth cefnogol.

Role: Client Relationship Officer

This is an exciting opportunity to join Business Wales service that provides first class business support to Welsh SMEs on behalf of the Welsh Government, funded by the European Regional Development Fund and delivered by Growth Partnership Wales (GPW), a partnership of Business in Focus, Antur Teifi and Peninsula Enterprise (PE).

You will be working as part of a team obtaining initial information from Welsh companies to register them for the Business Wales service.  You will be required to discuss their business support needs, provide relevant information and subsequently identify appropriate sources of support and advice which will enable them to develop and grow.  Some of this support will be provided by Business Wales Advisers and you will be responsible for managing the relationship with the client and arranging appointments and referrals as necessary.

You will require an understanding of the Welsh economy, demonstrate commercial acumen and understanding of the various challenges that SME’s face in order to tailor the information and advice to their needs.  Successful candidates will need to possess robust organisational and portfolio management skills, along with strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Your role will involve working with various industries and with all sectors, providing support information.
