About the post
We are looking for a Community Assistant to be based at our scheme in Middlesbrough (Hemlington) and part of this role will require travel to our North Shields scheme. The CA will report to and support the Housing Manager with the provision of tenancy and estate management, maintenance and housing related support services to the association’s tenants.
About you
Ideally you will have at least 2 years proven experience of general housing management and/or support.
You must have experience in paid or voluntary work involving regular contact with the public, customers or clients.
