Senior Teaching Assistant - Maths

The Governors of Blessed John Henry Newman RC College; a vibrant and transformational comprehensive college with state of the art facilities are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, highly motivated and passionate individual to the role of Senior Teaching Assistant for Mathematics. The successful candidate will complement the Maths Faculty, by working under the supervision of the Maths Director of Learning and by taking responsibility for agreed learning activities under an agreed system of supervision.
This will involve planning, preparing and delivering learning activities for individuals/groups or short term for whole classes and monitoring pupils and assessing, recording and reporting on pupils achievement, progress and development.
