Full Time
- Between £22 - £25,000 per annum basic annual salary, with attractive commission structure and high OTE. Whilst commission earning potential is actually unlimited, if you work hard and achieve objectives you can expect up to £43,000 in your first year. Plus company car and a phone of course.
- Manchester City Centre based.
- 40 hours per week, with some Saturday viewings.
- Full and clean UK driving license required.

Following the launch of a dynamic new Sales and Lettings business, they are looking for a highly motivated and driven Sales and Lettings Manager with significant experience and success in this field.

The Role
- Reporting to the Residential Sales and Lettings Director, the primary focus of this role is to build a new portfolio, generate leads and convert sales through a charismatic, professional and knowledgeable approach.
- To oversee the end to end Sales process, from the point of valuation through to completion.
- To be personally involved in, and also manage the team, to deliver an effective Lettings service, supporting all tenant and landlord touchpoints and generating leads and lets.
- To ensure effective financial management and controls.
- To manage the Property Consultant and future team expansion, ensuring roles are delivered to the highest standards and customer needs are met, if not exceeded.

The Candidate

- You have demonstrable experience in residential sales and lettings, preferably in a managerial capacity.
- You have proven experience of residential property management.
- You are ARLA and NAEA qualified.
- You have a strong knowledge of the Manchester City Centre market.
- You have fine-tuned people management skills, developed through experience of working in this capacity.
- You have a natural sales ability.
- You are articulate, credible with strong negotiating and influencing skills.
