Our client is changing the face of consulting by delivering meaningful, hands-on improvement work that strongly and positively impacts diverse sectors of society.

Due to continued growth, our client is looking for a bright, enthusiastic and highly competent PA to support their Senior Leaders. The role is permanent, full time and will be based in their Head Office in Oxfordshire.

The responsibilities of the Personal Assistant will include:

Managing and maintaining multiple Senior Leaders’ diaries and emails
Coordinating and booking travel and accommodation requirements, and ensuring logistical arrangements are in place to meet those requirements
Scheduling internal and external meetings for Senior Leaders (including appraisals, client reviews, project reviews, internal company development, board meetings, interviews, team meetings and third party advisers)
Preparing appropriate materials/briefing packs ahead of meetings when required
Preparing or updating meeting notes, PowerPoint presentations, simple standard legal documents and ad hoc administration of inbound and outbound paperwork
Organising and submitting expenses and timesheets
Coordinating conference and catering needs for the office when required
Providing holiday cover for other Pas
Providing ad hoc additional resource to our consultant support team

Skills and experience required for the Personal Assistant:

Ability to think ahead and anticipate needs before they arise
Demonstrable experience in an executive assistant/PA role looking after multiple (3 and above) diaries
Proficient use of Outlook, Word and PowerPoint
Some Excel experience would be desirable
Excellent organisational skills, ability to multi-task and organise others
Excellent oral and written communication skills
A pleasure to work with
Discretion and confidentiality guaranteed
Ability to exercise judgement and take decisions on your own
Ability to work under pressure and be flexible as part of a small team
Attention to detail and deadlines
Ability to filter information and assess priorities
Experience of complex diary management and coordinating/booking travel and accommodation
