My client is a very successful and growing provider of global training and consultancy services in Surrey.

They are now seeking a Sales Administrator to cover maternity leave, on a full-time Monday to Friday basis, for approximately 9 months. This candidate will support the growing Business Development team.

Responsibilities will include:

·Ensure the CRM system is up to date
·Ensure all leads entered on the CRM system are responded to in a timely manner
·Provide support in the creation of sales performance reports for all members of the BD Team
·Co-ordinate the arrangement of sales appointments
·Support less complex sales quotations and proposals
·Proof read and review all simple proposals and quotations
·Process Training Directory requests
·Provide admin support including expenses, travel arrangements and diary management
·Manage the administration through the sales cycle, including the co-ordinating of contracts signatures, Non-Disclosure Agreements, Purchase Orders, etc.
·Provide admin support for arranging client workshops and events (scheduling, logistics and post events communications)

Requirements:

The applicant must:

·demonstrate a flexible attitude, a willingness learn and ability to proactively support the business development activity
·have close attention to detail and the ability to influence team members to keep pipeline information up to date
·be able to manage multiple tasks, prioritise, work to meet deadlines in the time pressures imposed by clients
·be a confident team player
·be a strong verbal and written communicator with confidence and ability to converse with people at all levels
·be proficient in Microsoft Word, intermediate Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
·be assertive, positive and a happy team player with a ‘go get’ attitude and the ability to work independently
·have an excellent and courteous telephone manner

Additional information:

·Some experience working in a professional services company would be desirable (training or consulting)
·Salary: £21,000 - £22,000 pro-rata
