M&E Contracts Manager

An excellent opportunity for an experienced M&E Contracts Manager who has strong technical knowledge and experience of quoting and tendering to join our well established client!

Company

The company who is a 'Total FM' service provider with a growing M&E division provides comprehensive facilities management, building and property services offering creative solutions that improve financial performance and delivers value to industry, retail and corporate and public sector clients across Wales.

Our clients are now looking to recruit an M&E Contracts Manager, the ideal candidate will be based in the Cardiff/Newport area. You would be required to travel to various sites throughout South Wales and the South West. The individual will work on variety of maintenance contracts and project work, with a view to building a long term career within a growing company.
 

Candidate

The right candidate will be customer focused team player with strong judgement and decision making abilities. Exceptional interpersonal and communication attributes are also key. With a team of maintenance supervisors and staff reporting to you, the successful applicant will have Mechanical & Electrical Building Services Project/Contract Management experience.
 

Benefits
As an organisation, our clients are committed to supporting and developing their employees. The salary offered shall be in range of £30,000 to £40,000 per annum (depending on experience) in addition to a bonus scheme.
