Red Recruitment are pleased to be working with a well established and successful business in Bridgend is looking for an experienced After sales Manager to join their team.
Reporting into the Technical Director you will be responsible for:
- Managing your teams performance against set KPI's.
- Parts management of all product ranges.
- Managing supplier debits in line with Service level Agreements.
- Managing a team of staff and training and coaching
- Managing the office budget.
- Completion and publication of reports for senior management
- Travelling to other sites as an when required
To be considered for this role you will need to have:
- Previous experience in an after sales role, preferably in retail or manufacturing
- Very strong leadership skills
- Excellent IT skills.
- Previous man management experience
- Problem solving /Analytical ability.
- Educated to A-level standard or above
- Flexibility to travel
- Full clean driving license
