As part of our continued expansion, we are looking to employ an experienced Customer Service Operative for our busy Customer Contact Centre.
- Applicants must have experience of working in a busy Call Centre / Customer Service Centre
- Applicants must have excellent customer service skills
- Applicants must have experience of using computer software to log calls etc
The successful applicant will join our team in providing telephone support to our clients in both the private and Social Housing Markets.
The position involves the following in terms of hours.
Monday to Friday (8am until 5.30pm)
There is a holiday bonus scheme in place with this position. There is the opportunity to earn an additional 5 days paid holiday per year for good attendance.
