CLIENT ACCOUNT MANAGER / INSURANCE SALES ADVISOR – AWARD WINNING INSURANCE BROKER – MANCHESTER– UP TO £20,000 BASIC SALARY + £35,000 OTE (REALISTIC) & EXCELLENT BENEFITS

Client Account Manager / Insurance Sales Advisor sought by our client who is a well-established and award winning Insurance Broker offering a range of Insurance products.

Due to their continued success and growth they now require highly motivated Client Account Managers / Insurance Sales Advisors to work from the their prestigious Manchester City Centre office

THE ROLE

• As an Insurance Sales Advisor / Client Account Manager you will be offering a range of Insurance products to customers e.g. Life Assurance, Critical Illness, Home and contents insurance, Income insurance, Landlords insurance etc.
• You will be dealing with existing customers who have used our services, who now need additional products or to review their cover.
• You will also be dealing with new clients who have been referred by clients and business partners.
• You will be discussing requirements/ circumstances in order to establish the client’s needs.
• Following up any other leads effectively.
• Ensuring that call backs are diarised appropriately and followed up.
• This is a full time permanent position.

THE PERSON

• The successful candidate will ideally have similar experience within Insurance or Financial Services Sales (not essential as full product training will be given).
• You MUST have experience within a business to consumer B2C sales environment.
• Able to build trust and instant rapport.
• You MUST be highly motivated.
• Able to work to targets and KPI’s.
• Due to the nature of the role within financial services and regulated by the FCA, you MUST be able to pass a credit check.
• Live within a commutable distance to the Manchester City Centre office.

THE PACKAGE

• £17,500 - £20,000  Basic Salary (subject to experience)
• £35,000 OTE realistic year 1 UNCAPPED
