Home Manager - Huddersfield

This is a full time position; 37.5 hours per week providing management support and hands-on cover with a staff team covering 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

The post holder will be responsible for compliance with the Fundamental Standards of Quality and Safety by being responsible for all aspects of the home and for ensuring a high quality service to all service users who live there.

As Home Manager the post holder is responsible for maintaining and delivering high standards in all aspects of service delivery.

Qualified to a minimum of Diploma/NVQ Level 3 and willing to undertake a Level 5 Diploma.
