This role will suit a candidate with drive, out-going personality whom is willing to go the extra mile. This role is NOT a sales role but focussed on Customer Experience, Online or Web Part Sales.
o Assist in every aspect of the internal sales department
o Answer customer telephone enquiries
o Dealing with electronic enquiries via messaging suites and live chat
o Process orders via computerised systems, ensuring 100% accuracy
o Work with the team on sales of product promotions
o Fully satisfy customer needs in respect of any parts orders, requests or queries they may have
o Work on your own individual benchmarks to optimise personal performance
o Attend Technical evenings to improve product knowledge
o Contribute to positive Team performance
