• 37.5 hours a week permanent contract & 37.5 hours a week temporary contract (12 months)
• Salary Band: £21,561 – £27,875 (based on experience) (plus a 10% weekend supplement across all hours worked and 20% for nights)

East Cheshire Hospice is based in Macclesfield and supports patients and families from the High Peak and East Cheshire area. When it comes to our patients and their families, nothing is too much trouble for our caring and compassionate staff. We take time to see beyond the patient’s condition to the whole person and their family. We offer help and support in a professional, caring and respectful environment To support us in this work, we are offering two Registered Staff Nurse positions within our In-Patient Unit. You will have an interest in palliative care, excellent communication skills and be comfortable working in a dynamic, multi-disciplinary environment. You will also be able to demonstrate your willingness to continually develop and share your knowledge and skills.

Ideally you will have worked providing high quality care in a hospital or other acute setting, however support will be given to suitable people with Nursing Home experience who are looking for a new opportunity. In return for your commitment, we are able to offer excellent training opportunities to broaden your skills as a qualified nurse. Consideration may be given to those wishing to work reduced hours as part of a job share.
