Operating from our head office in Pwllheli, we are currently recruiting an enthusiastic team player to join the Company during this period of continued growth and success.

Apprentice Customer Services Coordinator

Within your role, you will be processing customer orders, helping them with their enquiries and maintaining customer data on the computer system. This may vary from a product enquiry, order placement or a technical enquiry concerning the use of one our products.

Working within our customer services department (no cold calling!) you will be working on a full time basis whilst completing your Level 2 Customer Service apprenticeship.

You will receive full training and become part of a team where the service we provide to our customers is at the heart of what we do. Who are we looking for?
Previous similar experience is not essential for either role, as you will learn all the required and relevant skills during your apprenticeship. You must, however, be eager to learn as well as have a good work ethic and a responsible attitude. You should also be comfortable using IT systems in order to process orders.

Pay & Benefits – 37.5 hours per week, above National Minimum Wage. 34 days paid annual leave per year, bonus, auto enrolment pension (5% employer contribution, 3% employee), 50% off RRP on CKI products
