The Role:
- Fully resolve customer queries to resolution
- Manage and resolve first line customer complaints
- Provide the highest level of professional customer service and manage 40-60 inbound calls per day
- Provide excellent email responses to customers
About you:
- Good knowledge of Microsoft packages Word and Excel.
- Team player with an outgoing personality.
- Highly organised, methodical & motivated.
- English and Mathematics qualifications GCSE C or above desirable.
- Excellent Telephone Manner.
- Strong written and verbal communication and attention to detail.
Opportunity to progress career further if desired.
Training provided
Hours are 7.50am - 5.30pm Mon - Friday
